Plum Creek Archery offers various leagues and tournaments throughout the year. From beginner to advanced, for fun or for those looking for a serious challenge, we have something for everyone.     Winter League

    When: Mid January through March

    Details: Shooting a league is one of the best ways to get in tune with your bow, making you a better shooter and all around archer for 3-D and hunting as well. Come and join in on the fun of the PCA Winter spot league. This league is a 10 week league where you can shoot at your own leisure (no set night). All league scores are handicapped so everyone is chasing the cash prizes, bragging rights and medals.

    Two Age Groups:

      • under 18 yrs (shooting for medals and bragging rights)
      • 18 yrs and over (shooting for cash prizes and bragging rights)

    Session Pricing:

    • $25.00 entry fee per person
    • $65.00 range fee per person (waived for members)
  • PCA Fallout Tournament(s) thumbnail

    PCA Fallout Tournament(s)

    When: January and February

    Details: Attention Bowhunters and Target archers. Test your skills in the PCA Fallout Tournament. This tournament consists of qualifying rounds and head-to-head format keeping the action interesting. Qualification rounds include 3 spot at 20 yards, and 5 spot at 25 yards. The top scores are seeded for head-to-head elimination rounds down to the championship round. Depending on the number of shooters will determines double elimination or single elimination. Live scoring boards during elimination and championship rounds to keep the spectators close to the action! Tournament split into Freestyle and Bowhunter classes.

  • Junior Olympic Archery Development Tournament(s) thumbnail

    Junior Olympic Archery Development Tournament(s)

    When: Iowa State JOAD Indoor Championship (February)

    Details: The Iowa State Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) Indoor Championship is a 600 round that awards the top archers in the state. This tournament is open to out of state guests as well. Out of state guests are also awarded medals if in top three. Tournament is a USA sanctioned event following FITA format and rules.

    • Iowa and Illinois archers participating in BOTH state tournaments have opportunity for special awards!
    • Note: must be a registered member of a JOAD club and USA Archery.
